The benefits and risks of AI are not equitably distributed. The UN has a role to play in governing AI.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>AI has the potential to transform access to knowledge and increase efficiency. AI risks include biases, disinformation, labor market impact, and safety concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Global governance is necessary to make resources accessible and ensure accountability.
